The temperature is dropping along with the leaves this October. However, this past week was certainly sunny enough for great outdoor photography. Recently, I made a visit to Cooper's Rock State Forest with Whitney and Paul. Whitney and Paul are celebrating their en... *cough! I mean... They just wanted to get together for a few fun photos before the winter sets in.
(Just teasing, they really aren't engaged. ;-)
The morning was cool, but together they hiked over fallen trees, jagged rocks, and even near a few cliff edges. All in good fun, we traveled the paths in a haphazard, lazy-river sort of way.
A smile can be faked for a camera, but it's expressions like these that are so very genuine.
Yes, I had to dare them to kiss for this photo. It didn't take too much encouragement. They were both great to work with on this trip. What an amazing couple they are!
Whitney and I were on the prowl for the perfect tree during our little hike. This one was certainly perfect for this shot! At least now I know exactly where it is! Okay well...finding it again might be problematic. Still, great idea for a picture Whitney!
Paul didn't give me a funny look at all when I brought out a pumpkin for pictures. Haha! In the spirit of Halloween and Thanksgiving, the pumpkin brought out the color of the fall leaves. Thanks for trusting me with this one Paul.
No nudging was required for this spontaneous photo. The two played in the leaves for a while before launching into this sweet kiss. Thanks Paul and Whitney for spending the time with me to get these fun fall photos. You two were a blast to work with.
